Kelty - Belgian Malinois
Kelty Was born in 2015 to the Lackland Air Force Base Military Working Dog program where she was assign to Danielle for puppy raising basics, obedience and socialization until it was time to return for training. Unfortunately, Kelty never displayed any kind of toy drive, bite drive or high energy, she was always a chill puppy with a calm and loving disposition which is the opposite of what you would expect from a malinois.
Needless to say, it was determined Kelty would not be a good fit as a military working K9 and was adopted by Danielle who was able to initially train and certify her as a children's and elderly hospice therapy dog and later certify her as a service dog. Kelty Has brought joy to many people over the year and is an amazing demo dog when assisting in obedience and service dog demonstrations as well as assisting with aggressive dog training and mentoring nervous or fearful dogs.
ZZ - Shepherd Mix
ZZ (Pronounced Zee Zee) Was Born in 2021 and adopted in Omaha, Nebraska. ZZ was selected for training as a service dog to take Kelty's place when it came time to retire. ZZ Is a German Shepherd, Cattle Dog Mix. She Love to work but also loves people. ZZ is an asset to Guardian K9 as a service Demo Dog, as well as a mentor dog for dog that need socialization and confidence building. ZZ love to learn and show off new tricks she has learned.
Khaos - Belgian Malinois
Khaos is a story of abandonment to empowerment. Born in 2023, Khaos was around 7 months old when someone saw him tossed from a vehicle and abandoned. Guardian K9 was contacted and we attempted to find the owner, with no microchip, very emaciated, 3 BB wounds and an abscess in his shoulder Khaos wasn't in the best shape but was still a happy puppy. No owner was found, Khaos was treated and now has joined Guardian K9 to be our Police Demo K9.
Eager to please, Khaos loves kids and other dogs and is always the goodest boy.
